Initial session (60-‐90 minutes) $140.00
Individual Therapy (55 minutes) $130.00
Family Therapy (60 minutes) $120.00
Family Therapy (75-‐90 minutes) $150.00
Consultation or Report writing (per hour) $110.00
Parenting Sessions (30-45 minutes) $40
Case Management (per hour) $110.00
Phone Calls per hour (any call over 10 min.) $120.00
Clinical Supervision (LCSW and LCAS) $75 per session
Insurance
We accept HSA/FSA benefits and private pay to cover the cost of services.
Payment or co-payment for each session is collected the day of the session via our online billing system.
Prior to your first appointment, information will be gathered about your insurance benefits, copays, deductible amounts and policy limits.

I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
